Would stay here again for a trip. The venue is clean and big size, views are stunningly beautiful, the location is amazing near to the bar restaurant and spa as well as Tenerife Norte airport. The rooms are good quality, the breakfast is plentiful and included...

Very nice old building, next to the historical center of La Laguna. The common parts of the hotel, the rooms and the breakfast were in accordance with what can be expected in a 4* hotel. The level of english at the reception desk is ok.

The level of the second language of the crew in the bar and restaurant is poor, but they are helful anyway.

We lived in a suite Santa Catalina - it consisted from two rooms : sitting - room and bedroom. On my opinion the best place in this suite was bath-room in a country style with a window and jacuzzi, but we didn't use it. It is the calm,cosy plase with its special atmosphere.

The room was cold. It's just one imperfection.

The nicely furnished standard king room with jacuzzi bath was great. the efficient staff left a good impression. - the location was particularly good and stunning, only a 5-minute walk from Plaza del Adelantado. - the area was beautiful, near restaurants, the pedestrianized historic center of Laguna, and a nice beach.

There was nothing in the kitchen - no dishes, no equipment... May be, this is because I stayed only 1 night, and did not need this.

They advertise having AC but do not. The rooms are very comfortable. The water on the island comes from de-saltization plants. They only have DSL Internet not wi fi. I would stay again but only after sept 1st as this property will not Have AC until after nov.

Lied about AC, NO WI-fi, breakfast was not great as there were ants on the table and the bread and cheeses were from previous days.

The hotel had a nice ambience and was beautifully restored in a Canarian style. The room was spacious and had a modern bath/shower room. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated on the edge of the old town with ample nearby parking. It was great to have a covered interior courtyard with a bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options.

The air conditioning was not working properly and despite being promised it would be fixed, it never was. The kettle in the room was not electric, so I had to heat it on the hob, which was a bit inconvenient.

People are nice

Not really a 4 star hotel and not for business. Bathroom poorly equipped. I asked for lotion at the reception: they didn't have. There is a big space in front of the hotel (where one might think one can park) where there are people who ask for money in an aggressive way.

The rooms are nice and magnificent with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Sensational breakfast. - the location is marvelous and stunning, very close to the International Airport. - It is near the historical center of La Laguna and the historic center of town.

The staff is always fantastic and the rooms are wonderful and terrific. It has unbeatable location next door to Plaza del Adelantado.

Spacious rooms with dining table and kitchen. Close to new open parking at €7.50 per day. Conveniently near historic La Laguna with its bars and restaurants. Great location with easy access to Tenerife North airport. Highly recommended tourist information office nearby. Free and fast Wi-Fi. Helpful reception staff.
