Beautifully restored features. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, which included a kitchenette. Staff were always eager to assist, but be prepared for some breakfast items being lukewarm. it was a pleasant stay.

Air conditioning control was a hassle as it was locked in heating mode, leading to discomfort, especially for those with kids. Guests have also noted the quality of the hot breakfast items could use an upgrade, often served lukewarm. While the hotel touts spa services, many guests found a lack of clear information about availability and charges, which left them feeling a bit misled. despite spacious rooms, not all amenities were functional—some bathrooms had issues like fluctuating hot water and inadequate toiletries. For the expected standards, some felt the star rating was overstated due to these ongoing issues.

breakfast fruit was never replenished, and the cooked options were appalling—they looked like they'd been sitting there for days. honestly, when I booked a ‘junior suite’, I expected to be treated like royalty, not like every other guest! I just couldn’t leave a good review with these issues lingering.

Family stay with a great base

I spent 2 nights with my family and the staff were super nice, always ready to help. The location was ideal for getting around, just a short walk from the tram station, and we loved the fact that our room came with cooking facilities, making breakfasts easy.

It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but still acceptable for the quality we received.

the bar staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and valued. dinner choices were too limited on half board.

i had a lovely stay at laguna nivaria hotel & spa. the superior double room was big and comfy, just what i needed for a solo traveler like me. breakfast was fantastic with so many options. The location was pretty good, just a short walk to the tram line. the staff were super friendly and really made me feel welcome. the hotel itself looked great too, very well decorated.

the only downsides were that the coffee from the machine wasn’t the best, and there were some noisy guests at night that kept me awake a bit.

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a family room and I was impressed by how clean and cozy everything felt, really made us feel at home during a tough time. The spa offered some nice treatments like a full body massage and a relaxing foot massage that were just what we needed. The only downside was that the breakfast room was a bit tricky to find, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

laguna nivaria has a fantastic location right at the edge of the old town, making it easy to explore. the superior triple room was spacious and comfortable, and the food at the a la carte restaurant was truly excellent. their wellness facilities, including a gym and spa, were a nice touch.
